     WELCOME TO IMPACT PROVIDER ENROLLMENT SERVICES!

As a provider, you want to focus on offering care, not process and paperwork. The HFS Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology system, IMPACT, is designed to promote robust security, strong analytics, and program integrity. IMPACT also supports administration and oversight in an efficient, secure, and adaptable way.

IMPACT is a collection of functional components that are designed to support all aspects of managing provider eligibility, claims, and financial processing. While some functionality is not yet operational, HFS will fully transition to the Core IMPACT system in the near future.
